Leashes: All dogs must come with a leash. 

Collars: All dogs must come with a collar.

Daycare Cancellations: If necessary please provide 24 hours notice for Daycare. Same day cancellation will incur the days charge.

Boarding Cancellations: Must be given 48 hours notice or 50% of stay will need to be paid. 

Boarding: Food must be packaged per meal unless the stay is over 10 days. Stays for over 10 days must be paid at 50% at time of drop off. Shortened boarding stays will forfeit 50% for days already booked.

Vaccines: We require that all dogs be vaccinated for DA2PP, Rabies and Bordetella. Proof must be provided by your vet. 

Payment: Payment is due at time of pick up. We accept cash, credit or debit card and e-transfer. If payment is not paid on the day of pickup for Daycare or Boarding an additional $10 will be added to your bill.
