Leashes: All dogs must come with a leash. 

Cancellations: If necessary please provide 24 hours notice. Same day cancellation will incur the days charge.

Boarding: Food must be packaged per meal unless the stay is over 10 days. Stays for over 10 days must be paid at 50% at time of drop off. Shortened boarding stays will forfeit 50% for days already booked.

Vaccines: We require that all dogs be vaccinated for DA2PP, Rabies and Bordetella. Proof must be provided by your vet. Due to the high volume of clients at the local vets, we are allowing a 60 day grace period for vaccinations.

Payment: Payment is due prior to pick up of your dog or at time of pick up. We accept cash, credit or debit card and etransfer.
